Love dust ... 24

“Did he… found about us?” he asked and placed another kiss on her lips.
“Not yet…” she answered choking on her words when she finally noticed the silhouette behind Seunghyun.
Seunghyun rolled around to face his most terrifying nightmare.
“YAHH!” he shouted, friendly hitting Ji. “Don’t scare people like that!!”
“Mian, hyung!” Ji took a step back to protect himself. “I’m sorry!...” he quickly said in English, taking a bow to Liana who looked at them without even daring to move.
“Kkeojyeo*!” Seunghyun muttered to Ji.
“What? Where?” Ji asked dumbfounded.
“I don’t care!” Seunghyun muttered back. “Home!”
“Seunghyun…” Liana meddled in “It’s ok” she smiled, or at least she tried smiling in that rain.
“Oh, right!” Seunghyun grabbed her hand, turning his back at Jiyong. “You’re sure you’re ok? Did you ran away…” he kept on asking Liana.
“Ooh… now I get it…” Ji whispered to himself  just now understanding their reaction – they must’ve thought it was her husband who caught on them.
“Ani*” Liana answered amused.  “I just needed to cool off a little.”
“And a shower couldn’t help?” Ji found himself talking out loud and gaining a second hit from Seunghyun.
“Not really” Liana answered again laughing.
“Where were you going?” Seunghyun quickly asked seeing Ji’s lips moving again.
“Umm…” she rolled a little looking for something, then started walking dragging Seunghyun along. Ji of course followed them. Soon they reached the church.
“Oh! This where…” Jiyong just gained his third hit over his head.
“What’s wrong with you?!!” Seunghyun snapped at him whispering.
“What’s wrong?” Liana faced them before pushing the wooden door.
“Nothing!” Ji smiled covering his mouth so he wouldn’t say anything stupid…again and he just followed them inside. He was about to walk next to them all the way up to the chancel but a single glance of his friend made him to instantly sit on one of the wooden bench.
Seunghyun and Liana only stopped right in front, next to the candle shrine. The light was really dim today, given only by the dozen of lighted candles, mesmerizing Jiyong, making him gasp at the beauty of their shadows dancing on the walls. When they leant in for a kiss, he quickly lowered his eyes for a short second, but when they got back up they glued on them, not their shadows anymore.
“Now what? Is this how’s gonna be from now on?” Seunghyun asked eagerly.
Liana smiled, sighing.
“Would you be ok with it?”
“If it will mean I can still see you, yes…” Seunghyun answered a little less thrilled.
“You know… I’ll… we’ll…” she made all she could do to keep the tears from falling down.
“Ani!” he silenced her. He was afraid she’d might say that they need to break. “It’s ok… Don’t say it… It doesn’t have to end here, does it?...” he said playing with her fingers, not daring to look at her.
“It doesn’t but…” she tried to say but Seunghyun already got the answer he was waiting for so he quickly brought her in a long, soft kiss.
Her first thought was to stop him… actually that was the reason she wanted to meet him for, but now, seeing him, feeling his soft lips, she understood that this was indeed something she also wanted. Her heart ached thinking that she merely had just a few more days to spend here, but as for right now she decided that she will make the very best of them… by the looks of it, God agreed with her…or not… because a powerful lightning made its way inside, lighting everything around for a flash.
“YAHH! YOU! STOP RIGHT THERE!" Ji's voice made both of them to know for sure it was no lightning, but an actual camera flash. Well, actually make it two flashes, even three or four, until Ji snapped out of his place and rushed towards the unidentified man who just kept on making pictures. When Ji was about to catch his camera, something from behind held him in place, allowing the man to flee.
"What?!!" Ji rolled around, quite angry.
"Stop it!" Seunghyun muttered. "We can't afford to get down for harassment too..."
Jiyong would've said something if Liana wouldn't have drawn their eyes.
"Noona..." Seunghyun quickly grabbed her hand when she intended to pass by them.
"Mian* kiddo..." she barely whispered freeing herself.
"What? Why??..." he followed her outside the church.
"I... me..." she was lost for words. She was actually waiting for him to beg on her to not leave, but he was only staring. She smiled. Now no one, not even her couldn't say for sure if the water pouring on her face were her tears or merely rain drops.
"...Nothing..." she was finally able to spell almost out loud. "It's ok...  Gwaenchanh-a*..." she smiled once more before she turned away to leave.
"Tomorrow! Bowling! 7 o'clock!" Seunghyun found himself shouting after realising she was actually walking further and further.

The black, steamy liquid filled both of the identical mugs and got placed on a small wooden tray. The powerful coffee fragrance acted as a anaesthetic over Liana's senses and she smiled stretching her arms up in the air, smiling large, from one ear to the other. She leaned to grab the tray when Mark's voice opened up her eyes at once.
"Where were you last night?" he asked in a soft voice, sitting next to her.
"Oh... you heard me?" she smiled innocently grabbing one of the mugs.
"No. I heard you coming in this morning" Mike said smiling, almost feeling  guilty.
"I haven't had the chance to tell you about it last night but  little Mark it's kinda` sick and he is not allowed to stay near other kids, so us have to take turns and watch over him. Last night was my turn" she spoke so nonchalantly that she actually believed it too.
"Oh, poor kid" Mike took a big sip from his mug. "So no more Korea for him, huh?"
"Something like that, yeah... she smiled hiding inside he big coffee mug but not for long.  Mike slowly took it to place it on the nightstand next to their bed.
"What... what are you doing?" Liana asked overly forcing herself to looked pleased and happy.
The answer was no needed since he pushed her back on the pillow to cover her smile with a deep kiss.

The keys on the recording panel almost flew off when a folded news-paper shatteringly landed over them.
"Can any of you explain this to me?!!" a thunder-like-voice scattered even the poor, innocent birdies outside the window when it roared.
'Why is it always me...?' Jiyong mutinied inside his mind, but his body quickly jumped up to take a bow in front of the tall-ish, round-ish man.
"Anyong haseyo, hwe-jang-nim*!" he said without a haste.
"Can YOU explain this to me?" the man looked more like a father scolding his son right now.
Jiyong non-verbally asked for permission to check it out so the man only nodded anxiously. Ji's eyes doubled their size when Liana and Seunghyun's kiss from last night was on the first page of the daily newspaper.
" I knew i should've smash his ugly face..." Ji muttered.
"What??" the man became anxious again.
Lucky the picture was too low on quality and Liana's face could barely be reconizible.
"So?..." the man rose his eyebrows when Seunghyun came by to also check it up. "care to explain this to me?"

The knocks on the door became louder and louder by the second. Liana burst out of the shower hanging her eyes on the wall clock. She watched it in disbelief without being able to take one more step - it was past 10 o'clock... the hour they always met at.
"What's wrong? Why won't you get the door?" Mike also came out of the shower wiping out the water on his face with an extra large towel.
"I... I am... i am..." Liana mumbled shuffling towards the door.  She grabbed the  knob and rolled to face Mike once again. "Please, hurry up and cover yourself..." she said but these words were mostly for her... she really hoped Seunghyun wouldn't be that stupid to make something as silly and absurd as this..if it was really him at the door right now.
